Instructors 'Rules of the Road' |
- Keep away from the Test Centre car park between 8.15am and 4.15pm if at all possible.
- Don't do "show me tell me" in the Test Centre car park.
- Turn up no more than 10 minutes before your test time.
- Once the examiner has left the pupil, vacate the Test Centre car park immediately to allow the next test candidate to park.
- Do NOT park in Sutton Auto Factors car park unless you are a customer.
- Avoid parking on New Cross Street when busy to avoid congestion.
- Please Do Not practice bay parking at test times.
- If you or your pupil require a "fag break" dont take it in the test centre car park when others are waiting to use the car park. Do'nt take up valuable space at prime time.
- DO NOT park in the public car park right up to the fence over looking the test centre car park while pupils are taking their test.
- When practising bay parks please DO NOT hog the car park complete debrief as quickly as possible to reduce the waiting time, if you would like to do more drive round the block and come back.
- If you are parked up and an examiner turns up with a pupil on test, please drive on to allow pupil to carry out manouver, ie left reverse turn, turn in the road we known where they like to do them so if they turn up be polite and move on.
